1. Acceptance

By accessing SecureWatch you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SecureWatch provides cybersecurity monitoring, vulnerability discovery, compliance reporting, and related services on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scan systems you do not own or have authorization to test; attempt to access other customers' data; use the service for unlawful purposes; or resell access without a written reseller agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, features, and functionality are owned by SecureWatch. You retain rights to all data you bring to the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SecureWatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding three months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at the end of a billing period. We may suspend accounts immediately for material violations.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in San Francisco County courts.
